These little triangular pieces are made from polymer clay and then customized with geometric paint details. To make these cute [picture holders](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/instantphoto), begin by purchasing neutral toned shades of polymer clay and cutting it into a variety of triangle sizes. A thick knife is then used to indent the clay to leave a space for a picture to stand upright. Once the clay is baked, you can add metallic details with a golden nail polish. Once you've made a series of these triangle stands, you can arrange them like a mountain range and glue them together so that your photos have a fun stacked look to them. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.1/10 - Popularity: 46% | Activity: 39% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 10% men, 90% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [DIY](https://www.trendhunter.com/diy) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Custom Photo Stands:** Opportunity for entrepreneurs to create customized photo stands with unique designs and materials. - **DIY Home Decor:** Growing trend of individuals creating their own stylish and personalized home decor items. - **Geometric Paint Details:** Emerging trend of incorporating geometric paint details to enhance the aesthetics of various products. ### Where This Applies - **Arts and Crafts:** Arts and crafts industry can offer materials, tools, and tutorials for creating personalized photo stands and other DIY home decor items. - **Photography:** Photography industry can capitalize on the demand for photo stands by offering specialized photo stands for different types of photographers. - **Home Goods:** Home goods industry can explore partnerships and collaborations to incorporate geometric paint details into their existing product lines. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Origami-Style Smartphone Stands](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/moft-snap-phone-tripod-stand.md) - [DIY Plant Decor Kits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/make-it-yourself-plant-stand.md) - [Playful DIY Incense Holders](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/incense-holder-kit.md) - [Cable Storage Smartphone Stands](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hold-the-phone-stand.md) - [Topographical Recycled Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/two-coffee-tables.md) - [Decorative Data-Rich Smart Displays](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-digital-frame.md) - [Adjustable Clip Smartphone Stands](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/phoneclip.md) - [Stackable Clay Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/torre-vases.md) - [Cement-Made Smartphone Stands](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/artifox-monument.md)
