# Photorealistic Pet Illustrations Insane High-Detail Drawings From Paul Lung By Cowbag | Published 2009-02-20 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/photo-realistic-sketches-feline-update-high-detail-pencil-drawings References: [paullung.deviantart](http://paullung.deviantart.com/gallery/) You would think that this is a pretty cool photograph of a cat, but it is actually a [drawing in pencil](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/drawingpics). Pretty hard to believe, but it's true. This image is the result of the eighth time Paul Lung drew his cat FuFu; it took him around 50 hours over 15 days. I am not an artist, so I can’t judge Lung's timing, but I can judge the awesome result. In my eyes, drawing cat’s fur has got to be harder than human flesh.
