The 'Phoenix Edge Z1' is an upcoming gaming-ready mini PC from 'Edge,' a known manufacturer of computer hardware and prebuilt computers. What is notable about the Phoenix Edge Z1 is that it is the first mini PC to market to be equipped with the AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme gaming-focused CPU. This CPU can be found on the 'ASUS ROG Ally,' or the 'Lenovo Legion GO,' but has not yet been present on a desktop computer.

The Z1 Extreme uses the AMD Ryzen 780M integrated graphics card, meaning it will not be as powerful as some computers with discrete GPUS. However, the 780M is currently the strongest APU on the market, and draws significantly less power than any discrete graphics card would, pulling only 35W at its maximum power draw.
