During the second day of Milan Fashion Week, the Philipp Plein Fall/Winter 2014 collection walked the runway, revealing an almost all black, cowboy-inspired line—it's quite clear why the collection is called 'Noir Cowboy.'

Looks from the latest by Philipp Plein include a lot of black leather, denim, fur, snakeskin and a few pops of bright red as just about the only real color in the collection. Aside from the use of these materials and colors, the inspiration from the wild west is full on, including accessories like fringed blankets, large belt buckles, bolo ties and of course, cowboy hats. This mix of elements plus the dark vibe of the outfits gives off a bit of a rocker vibe—perfect for modern cowboys who’d rather sport sneakers than stirrups and spurs.
