The V-Lamp is both a desk lamp as well as a wall light fixture, able to be mounted by its [metal stand](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/luno-lamp) onto a wall so as to hang the light. This gives the user the freedom to choose where they would like to have their light shining from and how to decorate their own space. The cone-shaped lamp shines light directly, while also filtering some light outside of the area. It is also adjustable so that the user can direct light to wherever it's most needed. The powder-coated metal comes in brass and white and will give any room a focal point. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.8/10 - Popularity: 56% | Activity: 20% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Perforated Light Designs:** There is an opportunity for the creation of more innovative designs for lights that use perforated materials to create interesting patterns and shadows. - **Adjustable Lighting:** There is a growing demand for lighting that can be adjusted to different angles and positions in order to provide optimal illumination for different spaces and activities. - **Multi-functional Lighting:** There is room for more designs that offer a combination of functions, such as being both a desk lamp and a wall fixture, to give users more flexibility in how they use and decorate their space. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Lighting Design:** The lighting design industry can take advantage of the trend towards perforated light designs to create more visually striking and artistic lamps and fixtures. - **Interior Decorating:** Interior decorators can benefit from the growing demand for adjustable and multi-functional lighting, by incorporating these features into their designs and recommendations. - **Smart Home Technology:** The advancement of smart home technology can offer opportunities to integrate adjustable and multi-functional lighting features, allowing users to control their lights remotely and with voice commands. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Perforated LED Table Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lume.md) - [Elegant Metal Perforated Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/foreshadow-table-lamp.md) - [Colorful Coned Glass Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/barber-and-osgerby-1.md) - [Versatile Torch-Style Lighting Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cono.md) - [Sculptural Metal Lighting](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/polyshape.md) - [Brutalist-Inspired Lighting Capsules](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vector-series.md) - [Geometric-Shaped Wall Lighting](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/impulse-wall-light.md) - [Geometric Nostalgic Night Lights](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/handmaid-table-lamp.md) - [Hollow Candle-Like Table Lamps](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lampe.md)
