I will most definitely be trying out this recipe myself and I couldn't be more excited. The inspiration came from [crispy baked pepperoni chips](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/margherita-jalapeno-pepperoni). Nick originally tried making pepperoni-weaved tacos before he realized that a pizza crust would be a much better alternative. He pulled together pepperoni with marinara sauce, shredded cheese, Italian sausage and green peppers to create this interesting pepperoni-crusted invention. It sounds like heaven if you ask me. The only drawback to the pizza is that the pepperoni doesn't stick together as well as you would think. Nick proposes that it could be improved with a bacon-weaved layer underneath. Ultimately, this pizza could fall apart and I would still love it.
