# Puny Paper-Crafted Offices The 'Love Books Love Stationary' Collection is Tiny By Josh Triantafilou | Published 2012-04-11 | Updated 2012-04-14 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/people-too1 References: [behance.net](http://www.behance.net/gallery/Love-books-love-stationery/3547743) & [peopletoo.ru](http://peopletoo.ru/) The Russian artist and graphic designer People Too recently constructed a series of delightful [paper sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/saori-matsushita) titled, 'Love Books Love Stationary.' As their name suggests, the creations are whimsical miniature replicas of desk and stationary related items. From [filing cabinets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/boxed-collection) to little laptops to tiny tables, there is a sculpture for anything office-themed. An impressive aspect of these works is the amount of detail found in them. In fact, the illusion is so convincing that some pictures of the miniatures could easily lead one to believe they were looking at life-size objects. People Too goes so far as to create tiny paintings complete with frames that hang from the walls of the mini-office. One feels as though they could open the drawers of the desk to find staplers, documents, pencils and the like. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.4/10 - Popularity: 54% | Activity: 11% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Miniature Office Decor:** The trend of creating whimsical miniature replicas of desk and stationary related items offers opportunities for innovative office decor and interior design. - **Detailed Paper Sculptures:** The use of intricate details in paper sculptures opens up possibilities for unique art installations and exhibitions. - **Illusionary Miniatures:** The creation of life-like miniatures using paper craft techniques can inspire innovative storytelling and visual effects in the film and animation industry. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Office Supplies:** The office supplies industry can explore new product lines inspired by miniature office decor, catering to customers looking for unique and whimsical desk accessories. - **Art and Design:** The art and design industry can leverage the trend of detailed paper sculptures to offer customized and intricate art pieces for collectors and enthusiasts. - **Film and Animation:** The film and animation industry can incorporate illusionary miniatures created through paper craft into projects to enhance storytelling and create visually stunning scenes. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sculptural Paper Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fragmenti.md) - [Imaginative Pared-Back Art Supplies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/woset.md) - [Miniaturized Product Art Photographs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/small-muji.md) - [Meticulous Paper-Stacked Chairs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/paragraphic-in-four-stacks.md) - [Paper-Made Mosaic Artwork](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/real-life-architecture-exhibition.md) - [Paper-Formed Premium Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pastille.md) - [Collaborative Art Museum Stationary](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/papier-x-the-met.md) - [Brutalist Aluminum Stationery Sets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lumon.md) - [Korean Game-Inspired Desk Accessories](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/playful-desk-accessories.md)
