Designed by Jane Kim, this penthouse is a cross between the rustic, rural design and the raw power of city life. You get the urban city feel from the hard lines of the support beams and the stainless steel appliances. The rural warmth comes in with the exposed wood walls and floors, as well as with the beaten up wooden table and center island. With your very own private balcony, you will feel like you are king of the world. The privacy will allow you to soak in the gorgeous view of the hustling city that thrives below your feet. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.0/10 - Popularity: 96% | Activity: 77% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 90% men, 10% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Urban-rustic Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity to create unique urban living spaces that combine elements of both rustic and urban design. - **Private Balconies:** Disruptive innovation opportunity to design penthouses with private balconies that offer breathtaking views and a sense of exclusivity. - **Rural-urban Fusion:** Disruptive innovation opportunity to merge the warmth of rural design with the power of city life in penthouse bachelor pads. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Real Estate:** Disruptive innovation opportunity to redefine luxury housing by incorporating urban-rustic design in high-end penthouses. - **Interior Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity to create unique and luxurious living spaces by combining rural and urban elements in penthouse design. - **Architecture:** Disruptive innovation opportunity to create modern architectural masterpieces that seamlessly blend rural and urban aesthetics in penthouses. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Modern Panoramic View Penthouses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/panorama-penthouse.md) - [Dynamic Reimagined Miami Penthouses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/jz-apartment.md) - [Urban Skyline-View Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/apartment-with-a-view.md) - [Eccentrically Designed Historic Penthomes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/crina-arghirescu-rogard.md) - [Manhattan-Honoring New York Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mcgovern-project.md) - [European-Inspired Urban Lofts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ghislaine-via.md) - [Cylindrical Furnished Penthouses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/one-park-drive.md) - [Travel-Inspired Modern Residential Apartments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/west-chelsea-apartment.md) - [Holistic Wellness-Centric Penthouses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aanandam.md)
