Focusing on the animal world, the Philippines-based illustrator draws wolves, lions, birds and owls as part of a beautifully detailed and professionally crafted series of pen doodle illustrations. The creative and stunning artwork is simple and complex all at the same time, with the artist mixing one main image with a kaleidoscope of smaller intertwined images to create the scenes we see. The intricate illustrations are not fancy in any way. The artist keeps the background completely plain and uses no color in the illustration themselves. With only a [felt-tip pen](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zenith7-desk-pen) and a sketchbook, Rosanes is able to bring [animals to life](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/animal-generator). ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.1/10 - Popularity: 99% | Activity: 76% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Animal Doodle Illustrations:** Opportunity for artists to explore the combination of intricate animal illustrations with simple and complex compositions. - **Pen Doodle Art:** Potential for artists to create stunning artwork using only a felt-tip pen and a sketchbook, showcasing creativity and skill. - **Intertwined Imagery:** Chance for artists to experiment with incorporating smaller intertwined images to create visually captivating scenes. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Art:** Opportunity for artists to showcase and sell their intricate animal doodle illustrations in various mediums and formats. - **Stationery:** Potential for stationery companies to offer specialized pen doodle art supplies and products to cater to the growing demand. - **Publishing:** Chance for publishers to collaborate with artists specializing in animal doodle illustrations for book covers, illustrations, and other related projects. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Playful Doodle-Emblazoned Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sam-cox.md) - [Almost-Extinct Animal Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fauna-series.md) - [Playful Cat Illustrations](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/open-meow.md) - [Artistic Animalistic Tequilas](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dobel-atelier-animales-endmicos.md) - [Stunning Origami Portraits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/origami-portaits.md) - [Art Doodle-Collaborative Napkins](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tissue-box-collection.md) - [Realistic Sketch-Reflective Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/drawing-series.md) - [AI Art Generators](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/doodle2life.md) - [Image Stylization Tools](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/doodlify.md)
