'Peel' is a [concept clock](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/project-igor) that is synced with your [online organizer](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/focilist) to alert you of upcoming events. I really like 'Peel' from Mac Funamizu because it has a [simple design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flip-alarm-clock) and a great function. Automatically peeling off layers to catch your attention, the piece will definitely be eye-catching enough for you to remember all your plans for the day. If you're constantly running late like me, then there's a good chance you'll like 'Peel' too. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.5/10 - Popularity: 57% | Activity: 39% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Layered Alert Systems:** Developing devices that use visual and audio cues through peeling off layers to provide alerts on important events and things. - **Multi-tasking Devices:** Creating electronic devices that add a touch of convenience and simplicity to our lives by performing multiple functions. - **Smart Organizers:** Incorporating technology to create personal organizers which sync with gadgets and provide reminders on planned activities, time allocation and meetings. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Consumer Electronics:** Consumer electronics firms can tap into consumer attention using Peeling Organizers as a disruptive innovation opportunity. - **Mobile:** Mobile device companies can produce applications that enable users to sync their organizers to their phones with an alert and sleek design like the 'Peel' application. - **Personalized Computing:** Incorporating Peeling Organizers technology into other personalized computing solutions will provide an opportunity for competition and innovation in this industry. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Phygital To-Do List Devices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/task-device.md) - [Visualized Professional Time Trackers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tempo-time-tracker.md) - [E-Ink Digital Wall Displays](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fusion-1.md) - [Clapperboard-Inspired Desk Clocks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/multifunctional-alarm-clock.md) - [Connected Productivity Assistant Timers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/productivity-timer.md) - [Convenient Checklist Pads](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/checklist-sticky-roll.md) - [Digital Productivity Desk Devices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/desk-accessory-concept.md) - [Digital Handwritten Reminder Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/almo-concept-design.md) - [Digital Sticky Reminders](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/friendlystack-reminder.md)
