The [MSI](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/msi-laptops) Crystal laptop is for "nighttime" use. It doesn't glow in the dark or anything, it just looks a lot more flashy than that black laptop you carry to work. 120 crystals surround the top and a pearl white color with a pearl white mouse gives this computer real glamour. Even the flash drive is crystal studded. You can add this to our list of [high end status laptops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ultima-18). I suppose if you don't need to replae your laptop every 6 months anymore, design can become a bigger factor than processor power. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.3/10 - Popularity: 24% | Activity: 7% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Status Laptops:** The trend of luxury laptops that showcase status through unique design and materials, presenting an opportunity for high-end fashion and luxury brands to collaborate with tech companies. - **Crystal Studded Laptops:** The trend of laptops adorned with crystals, providing an opportunity for jewelry and accessory companies to expand their product offerings into the tech industry. - **Fashionable Tech Accessories:** The trend of fashion-forward tech accessories, such as crystal-studded flash drives, creating opportunities for tech companies to collaborate with fashion brands and tap into the growing market of style-conscious consumers. ### Where This Applies - **Luxury Fashion:** The luxury fashion industry can explore collaborations with tech companies to create exquisite laptop designs that appeal to affluent consumers looking for status symbols. - **Jewelry and Accessories:** Jewelry and accessory companies can expand their product offerings by incorporating crystals and gemstones into laptop designs, catering to consumers seeking unique and glamorous tech accessories. - **Tech and Fashion:** The intersection of tech and fashion allows for collaborations where tech companies can leverage the expertise of fashion brands to create stylish and fashionable tech accessories that appeal to a broader consumer base. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Enhanced Performance Laptop Ranges](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/msi-laptops.md) - [All-White Gaming Laptops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lenovo-4.md) - [Translucent Gamer Laptop Models](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/msi-cyborg-14-a13v.md) - [Ceramic-Inspired Durable Laptops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ceraluminum.md) - [Arctic-Inspired Computer Components](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/msi-white-pc-components.md) - [Ultra-Portable Thin Laptops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/msi-prestige-13-evo.md) - [Elegant Automotive Gamer Laptops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/msi-stealth-16-mercedesamg.md) - [AI Gamer Laptop Ranges](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/msi-laptop.md) - [Powerful Stylish Laptops](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dragonfly-pro-chromebook.md)
