Created by graphic designer Kristina Ivanova, this [peanuts packaging design](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/manilife-peanut-snacks) is playful while remaining eye-catching and clever. The packaging design was created by Ivanova for the Old [Viking](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/monster-energy-juiced-viking-berry), a peanuts brand in Belarus.

The surly cartoon characters on each package in the range offer a story about what [flavor is contained inside](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/betterforyou-snack-packaging) while remaining cohesive with the rest of the brand. Drawing on traditional Nordic imagery, Ivanova injects each design with a dose of youthful vitality.

For prawn flavor, a pink sail on a Viking ship denotes the oceanic connection, while the regular flavor features a Viking brandishing a seriously ferocious beard. There is also a wasabi peanut variety that is denoted by a colorful fire-breathing dragon.
