The versatile mouse is shaped symmetrically so that both right-handed and left-handed users have no trouble using it. The Peanut Mouse's soft exterior comes in three muted colors to complement the [unique shape](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smooth-mouse-concept). Red, grey and white mouse devices were designed for the initial concept. ACME's mouse [works without a wire](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/air-nova) and comes with a [high-capacity lithium battery](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/angry-miao-infinity-mouse). Just a few hours of charge is enough to keep the mouse ticking for an entire month. However, if you do need to charge, you can still use the mouse. The Peanut comes with a wire which charges the mouse and allows you to use it at the same time. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 0.5/10 - Popularity: 3% | Activity: 5% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Flexible-shaped Devices:** Designing devices with flexible and non-traditional shapes offers new possibilities for user experience. - **Wireless Charging Devices:** Creating devices with wireless charging capabilities provides convenience and versatility for users. - **Ambidextrous Devices:** Developing devices that accommodate both left and right-handed users increases accessibility and inclusivity. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Consumer Electronics:** The consumer electronics industry can benefit from exploring alternative device designs and features to enhance user experience and appeal to a wider audience. - **Office Supplies:** Companies in the office supplies industry can offer versatile and convenient devices to improve workplace productivity and efficiency. - **Gaming Equipment:** Gaming equipment manufacturers can tap into the market of ambidextrous gamers and explore designing devices with new shapes and charging capabilities. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Pine Cone-Inspired Mouses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/treemouse.md) - [Egg-Inspired Adjustable Mouse](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/eggshaped-mouse.md) - [Ergonomic Swiveling Base Mouses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/braun-ergonomic-mouse.md) - [Skeletal Symmetrical Mouse Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/inphic-px2-wireless-mouse.md) - [Ergonomic Digital Creative Mouses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/microsoft-palm-mouse.md) - [Minimalist Shell-Like Mice](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fabio-verdelli-design-studio.md) - [Ergonomic Right-Handed Mice](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/m6-threemode.md) - [Retro-Themed Wireless Mouse](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lofree-touch-pbt.md) - [Ergonomic Quality Computer Mice](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/propoint.md)
