Nothing goes together quite like peanut butter and chocolate, which is why Marble Slab Creamery has paired peanuts with [M&M’S Minis](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brownie-brittle-x-mms-minis) for the ultimate combo. The new Peanut Butter Fudge Swirl Ice Cream combines Marble Slab’s classic Peanut Butter Ice Cream with swirls of M&M’S Minis and a rich chocolate fudge sauce. The new Peanut Butter Cookie Shake is made with the same classic Peanut Butter Ice Cream, along with Great American Cookies’ Peanut Butter Supreme Cookies, M&M’S Minis, chocolate fudge sauce, and whipped cream topping. As Katie Thoms, Senior Director of Marketing at Marble Slab Creamery, sums it up, "At Marble Slab, we are always dreaming up ways to recreate classic flavors – and what’s more classic than M&M’S Minis and peanut butter?” Image Credit: Marble Slab Creamery ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.3/10 - Popularity: 10% | Activity: 14% | Freshness: 15% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Gen Alpha, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Food](https://www.trendhunter.com/food) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Peanut Butter Ice Cream:** There's an increased demand for peanut butter flavored ice cream and companies could innovate on the variety of toppings and mix-ins available. - **Combining Classic Flavors:** Customers are showing interest in nostalgic and familiar flavors or flavor combinations, businesses could experiment with classic and familiar flavors for ice cream. - **Innovation in Toppings:** Consumers are looking for unique and interesting ice cream toppings which businesses can utilize to differentiate themselves and draw customers in. ### Where This Applies - **Ice Cream Shops:** Ice cream parlors could benefit from offering both classic and innovative flavors with a variety of toppings and mix-ins. - **Fast Food Industry:** Fast food chains could add peanut butter flavored ice cream to their menus and experiment with different flavor combinations to attract customers. - **Confectionery Industry:** Confectionery companies can partner with ice cream shops or fast food chains to provide unique and recognizable toppings that customers will enjoy. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Small-Batch Summertime Ice Creams](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/summer-swirl-ice-cream.md) - [Nutty Ice Cream Sandwiches](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/peanut-butter-ice-cream-cookie-sandwich.md) - [Crushed Cookie Ice Creams](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dark-chocolate-cookies-n-cream.md) - [Fudgy Pretzel Ice Creams](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/impretzively-fudged.md) - [Crunchy Churro Ice Creams](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/caramel-churro-crunch-ice-cream.md) - [Mashmallow Core Ice Creams](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/royal-reeses-fluffernutter-blizzard.md) - [Chocolatier-Approved Ice Creams](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mcconnells-fine-ice-creams-sees-candies.md) - [Creamy Cold Brew Milkshakes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cold-brew-shake.md) - [Peanut Butter Custard Desserts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/reeses-crunchy-peanut-butter-concrete.md)
