# Autonomous Cat-Grooming Structures The PawSwing Purrring Combs Pets as They Pass By By Amy Duong | Published 2024-07-02 | Lifestyle Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pawswing-purrring References: [yankodesign](https://www.yankodesign.com/2024/07/01/self-grooming-cat-house-combs-away-loose-fur-each-time-they-pass-through/) & [paw-swing](https://paw-swing.com/) The PawSwing Purrring is a functional design for pet owners as the self-grooming home for cats is a soft structural box that has a small opening at the front. The circular opening invites curious cats to enter and explore the space and as soon as they pass through the hole, the loose fur gets brushed away in a comfortable way -- it is designed to mimic how it feels for the cats to be licked by their mother. At a closer look, the circle has six cylindrical brushes and each part is designed to replicate the papillae on a cat's tongue to give off the feel that it is a natural grooming method and the fur is stored aside to be discarded later.
