Some pet owners have made an art of bathtub pooch shampooing, but for those who have not, this clever system is well-conceived for accommodating reluctant mongrels. It is assembled in such a way that allows the basin to be propped on the edges of your [bathroom soaker](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/soaking-tub) so that it is elevated above the enamel floor. With upturned edges, this configuration keeps [shed fur trapped](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/furminator) in the Paw Spa Dog Tub so that it doesn't clog the drain. Emil Blanco's invention also incorporates a water and soap nozzle, non-slip padding and a collar restraint hook. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.4/10 - Popularity: 17% | Activity: 16% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Pets](https://www.trendhunter.com/pets) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Dog Grooming at Home:** The trend of dog owners grooming their pets at home is on the rise, creating opportunities for innovative home grooming products like the Paw Spa Dog Tub. - **DIY Pet Care:** As more pet owners opt for DIY pet care solutions, there is an opportunity for innovative products that enable easy and affordable pet care at home. - **Non-slip Pet Accessories:** The demand for non-slip pet accessories is growing, creating opportunities for innovative products like the Paw Spa Dog Tub which includes non-slip padding for added safety and convenience. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Pet Products:** Innovative pet products that make pet care more affordable and accessible like the Paw Spa Dog Tub have the potential to disrupt the traditional pet care industry. - **Home Improvement:** With more pet owners opting for home-based grooming solutions, there is an opportunity for home improvement companies to create products and services that cater to this growing market of DIY pet groomers. - **Manufacturing:** The rising trend of DIY pet care and grooming creates opportunities for manufacturing companies to produce innovative and affordable pet care products like the Paw Spa Dog Tub. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [High-Capacity Pet Products](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/drybos-ultra-smart-pet-dryer.md) - [Pet Dryer Cubes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pet-dryer.md) - [Automatic Pet-Drying Machines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/airsalon-max.md) - [Clean Dog Grooming Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/grooming-products-for-dogs.md) - [At-Home Pet Grooming Appliances](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/groopet-grooming-kit.md) - [Automated Pet-Drying Machines](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/petsnowy-smile.md) - [Comprehensive Pet Grooming Kits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pet-grooming-kit.md) - [Multifunctional Pet Grooming Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/multifunctional-pet-grooming-system.md) - [Pet-Monitoring Dryer Cabins](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/f1-pet-hair-dryer-cabin.md)
