The Pause Indoor Hut is a single piece of furniture that can instantly transform one living space into an imaginary coastal escape. Designed by Maurizio Prina, the expansive object comprises a sturdy frame of steel tubing that defines the form of a [pitched roof house](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/teepee-pavilion) or a marquee. The metal has been painted a lovely seaside white and bands of interchangeable [colorful cloths enclose it](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bote-hangout-shade). Beneath this shelter is a thick mattress that's ideal for sleeping, napping or even lounging with others. Manufactured by Cattai SNC and Vittorio Buratto, the Pause Indoor Hut gives you a vacation within your own house. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.4/10 - Popularity: 67% | Activity: 58% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Gen Alpha, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Whimsical Furniture:** Opportunity for creating unique and imaginative furniture pieces that transport people to different environments within their own homes. - **Indoor Escapes:** Opportunity for designing indoor spaces that provide a sense of sanctuary and relaxation, away from the stresses of daily life. - **Interchangeable Designs:** Opportunity for creating furniture with interchangeable elements, allowing for customization and versatility. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Furniture Manufacturing:** Innovative companies can explore creating furniture that offers a whimsical and immersive experience for consumers. - **Interior Design:** Designers can create unique and imaginative indoor spaces that provide both comfort and escapism for individuals. - **Textile Manufacturing:** Companies in the textile industry can explore producing interchangeable colorful cloths that can be used to enclose furniture and create immersive environments. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Wooden Structural Outdoor Bedes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hut-lounge-bed.md) - [Inflatable House-Shaped Tents](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/air-architecture-inflatable-tent.md) - [Experimental Shelter Tents](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/grayhus.md) - [Beachside Modern Daybed Setups](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/contour-daybed.md) - [Textile Igloo Bedrooms](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/takk.md) - [Portable Exterior Sauna Tents](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/outdoor-tent-spa.md) - [Elegant Exterior Lounge Beds](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lounge-bed.md) - [All-Glass Mesmerizing Compact Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/beaufort-bushland-retreat.md) - [Customizable Two-Level Tents](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/loft-tent.md)
