# Mature Infant Photography Paul Ruigrok Characterizes Situations in an Unadulterated Fashion By Michael Hemsworth | Published 2013-04-25 | Unique Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/paul-ruigrok References: [whitezine](http://www.whitezine.com/en/photography/paul-ruigrok-van-der-werven.html) & [paulruigrok.nl](http://www.paulruigrok.nl) Creator of some rather obscure images, Paul Ruigrok Van Der Werven who is working under the shortened name Paul Ruigrok has done this [collection of renderings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/generated-photos1) for his studio. While some of the most [eye-catching captures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nonnas-cam) feature [infants in some unusual scenarios](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/multichildcare-crche), there are others in the collection that are unexpected, uncomfortable and just plan strange. What I love best about Paul Ruigrok's work is his social commentary regarding some of the serious and mundane aspects of our culture. While the shot entitled 'Real Estate' comments on the way we perceive neighbourhoods, another called 'Airplane' puts air travel into a unadulterated light that's quite telling.
