The 'Punta e Basta' shower is the design work of Michela Ferrari and Luca Sacchetti, and features a curvaceous design that is ideal for placement near pools or on patios as a way to rinse off after coming back from the beach. The 'Punta e Basta' patio shower incorporates a large basin and a [sculpted steel arch](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/inbetween-umbrella) that puts the water at the optimal level to recreate the feeling of a bathing in a rain shower. The base sphere is crafted from [non-slippery marble](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aretusa-tub-by-claudio-papa), which adds an organic and weight touch to the elegant shower. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.1/10 - Popularity: 41% | Activity: 15% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Outdoor Patio Rain Showers:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Create advanced outdoor shower systems that provide a realistic rain shower experience. ### Where This Applies - **Outdoor Furniture:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop outdoor furniture with integrated rain shower features for a luxurious and immersive experience. - **Home Improvement:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Integrate rain shower systems into home improvement projects, offering a unique and customizable outdoor shower experience. - **Hospitality and Resorts:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Install outdoor rain showers in hotel and resort settings to provide guests with a unique and luxurious bathing experience. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Demure Hand Shower Faucets](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bell-jar-shower-head.md) - [Sharp Ultra-Slender Shower Heads](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/antoniolupi-tubo.md) - [Water-Saving Shower Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/alu.md) - [Nature-Inspired Artful Shower Heads](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/forest-bathing-collection.md) - [Ice-Filled Shower Heads](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/glacial-shower-shower-head.md) - [Accessible Shower Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/accessible-showers.md) - [Fully Integrated Smart Showers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/power-shower-head.md) - [WiFi-Enabled Circular Showers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/circular-shower.md) - [Naturally Inspired Body Dryers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sumsei-air-shower.md)
