The [cast-iron design of the table](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/portable-1) allows fires to be housed within the unit without showing signs of wear. The set comes complete with the fire pit itself, a wooden grid, a [spark screen](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fireplace-accessories) and even a poker to tend to the fire and logs. The [ceramic tile cover](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/luneup) that goes overtop of the fire pit section allows the Kindell Patio Fire Pit to act as a traditional patio table during the daytime or when fires aren't desired. As efficiency becomes a more important priority for consumers, the table helps to make outdoor spaces as functional as possible. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 5.7/10 - Popularity: 89% | Activity: 74% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Multi-functional Outdoor Furniture:** There is an opportunity for companies to innovate by creating more outdoor furniture that can be used for multiple purposes. - **Efficient Outdoor Heating:** There is an opportunity for companies to innovate by creating more efficient outdoor heating solutions that can serve multiple purposes. - **Dual-purpose Home Decor:** There is an opportunity for companies to innovate by creating more home decor items that serve multiple purposes. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Outdoor Furniture:** The outdoor furniture industry can benefit from creating multi-functional pieces that can be used for different purposes. - **Home Decor:** The home decor industry can capitalize on the trend of creating furnishings that serve multiple purposes. - **Heating Appliances:** The heating appliance industry can create more efficient and multifunctional outdoor heating solutions to meet the growing demand for versatile home decor. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Functional Design-Conscious Fit Pits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tiki-patio-smokeless-fire-pit.md) - [Elegant Firepit Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/backyard-firepit.md) - [Dual-Fuel Tabletop Fire Pits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/solo-stove-mesa-xl.md) - [Smokeless Accent Fire Pits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cuisinart-tabletop-fire-pit.md) - [Smoke-Free Fire Pits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/portable-smokeless-fire-pit.md) - [Portable Fire Pit Stands](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fire-pit-stand.md) - [Ultra-Durable Portable Fire Pits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flamurs-kaleidoscope.md) - [Grill-Compatible Fire Pit Kits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fire-pit-kit.md) - [Three-in-One Camping Fire Pits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/billie-pit.md)
