# Cherry-Topped Glasses The Party Glass Keeps Your Drink from Sadly Spilling By Brian G Randles | Published 2010-02-28 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/party-glass References: [stylinrooms.de](http://www.stylinrooms.de/food/news/article//partyglas-von-enter-livin.html) & [enterliving](http://www.enterliving.com/party.html) The Party Glass is here to prevent your inebriated self from spilling the precious contents you are so haphazardly holding all over the dance floor. I'm a bit of a drinker (surprise!), and I think after a few sips of the good stuff I would be in need of a beverage container like this to keep me in check. Coming in a wide variety of colors (not just cherry red), the Party Glass is perfect for protecting your carpet from others... and yourself! ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.1/10 - Popularity: 12% | Activity: 14% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Party Glass:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop customizable and spill-proof drinkware to cater to the needs of party-goers and prevent spills. - **Drinkware Accessories:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Create innovative accessories and add-ons for drinkware to enhance functionality and convenience for users. - **Colorful Barware:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Design vibrant and visually appealing barware to enhance the aesthetic appeal of parties and events. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Beverage Industry:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Collaborate with beverage manufacturers to create branded drinkware that enhances the drinking experience and prevents spills. - **Party Supply Industry:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop a range of party-specific products, including spill-proof drinkware, to cater to the needs of party hosts and attendees. - **Home Decor Industry:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Introduce stylish and functional drinkware options that blend well with home decor and add a touch of sophistication to entertaining. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Self-Measuring Cocktail Glasses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/elevated-craft-hybrid-cocktail-glass.md) - [College-Targeted Drink Essentials](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/discreet-drink-covers.md) - [Nesting Gem-Like Drinking Glasses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/upsidedownside-glasses.md) - [Deceptive Stout Glasses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/schneaky-espresso-martini.md) - [Libation-Cooling Glasses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/diamas.md) - [Unbreakable Wine Glasses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/unbreakable-wine-glass.md) - [Stackable Chalice Glasses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cali.md) - [Space-Saving Wine Glasses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-splitglass.md) - [Perfect Sound-Producing Drinkware](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/perfect-cheers.md)
