# Practical Pyramid Planters 'Parramyd' by Studio KG Grows Vines Through Its Prisim-Like Structure By Kevin Young | Published 2012-05-17 | Art & Design Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/parramyd-by-studio-kg References: [designboom](http://www.designboom.com/weblog/cat/8/view/21109/studio-kg-parramyd-planter.html) & [studio-kg](http://www.studio-kg.com/) Plant lovers usually place slithering, vine-like plants in the garden to carpet their bedding, but the Parramyd by [Studio KG](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tenir-bench) is a geometric plant holder that allows plants to weave in and out of its structure to grow into a looming greenery. Wild climbing plants now have more room to grow as the triangular prism structure allows for vines to squiggle their way around the skeleton framed design. The Parramyd is crafted in a [modular planting system](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/planter-300) that allows for plants to hang, creating a restrictive and controlled pattern that doesn't have stringy greens flapping all over the place. Its clean and modern design makes this plant holder perfect for offices and home interiors. The Parramyd by Studio KG is available in two sizes and both offer easy-to-maintain plants that'll grow with changing shapes.
