The name 'Casa en el Bosque' simply translates to "[house in the forest](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-guapuruvu)" and that's exactly what it is--this house is located in Valle de Bravo, Mexico. In addition to being [eco-friendly](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-solai), the house also provides an absolutely beautiful view of the forest, and like most eco-homes, it features an open concept. With big open windows and mostly wood materials, the Parque Humano 'Casa En El Bosque' is perfect for eco-lovers who want to live in style. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.8/10 - Popularity: 82% | Activity: 53% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Eco](https://www.trendhunter.com/eco) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Eco-friendly Homes:** The trend of eco-friendly homes presents disruptive innovation opportunities in the construction industry, particularly in creating sustainable and energy-efficient housing solutions. - **Open Concept Living:** The trend of open concept living offers disruptive innovation opportunities in the interior design industry, allowing for flexible and adaptable living spaces that promote connectivity and creativity. - **Nature-inspired Architecture:** The trend of nature-inspired architecture presents disruptive innovation opportunities in the real estate industry, by creating homes that seamlessly blend with their natural surroundings, offering a unique and immersive living experience. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Construction:** The construction industry can leverage the trend of eco-friendly homes by innovating new building materials and techniques that minimize environmental impact while maximizing energy efficiency. - **Interior Design:** The interior design industry can explore the trend of open concept living by developing innovative furniture and spatial solutions that optimize space utilization and enhance the flow of natural light and air within a home. - **Real Estate:** The real estate industry can capitalize on the trend of nature-inspired architecture by promoting and developing properties that emphasize the integration of nature, eco-consciousness, and sustainable living, appealing to modern homebuyers seeking a connection with the natural environment. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [A-Frame Forest Tranquil Houses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/prez-palacios-arquitectos-asociados.md) - [Tranquil Argentinian Forest Retreats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/forest-house-1.md) - [Forested Raised Metal Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-in-the-forest.md) - [Nature-Leveraging Home Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-caoba.md) - [Cork-Clad Madrid Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-ee.md) - [Forested Hillside Family Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/casa-ventura.md) - [Grey Brick-Cladded Mexican Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mad-house.md) - [Immersive Forest-Surrounded Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kw-house.md) - [Modern Minimal Concrete Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/copas.md)
