[Sony](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sony-master-series-a95k) just officially introduced a brand new papercut thin TV screens. The TV is not yet on the market but Sony will start producing them before the year's end.

The difference between these [OLED (organic light-emitting diode) TVs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oled-evo-ai-m4) and the [flat screen TVs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/z95a) we know today is that this one is a lot thinner. Sony's first OLED TV will be 11" across and only 3 millimeters thick! This will be followed by a 27" TV that is less than a centimeter in depth.

Now we can really start to see TV screens installed everywhere.
