Hong Kong-based AB Concept design firm restored the villa, adding gray walls, custom furniture and minimalist lighting fixtures that were all sourced locally. Restoring the structures exquisite original features, the design team upgraded the [vaulted ceilings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/urbanjobs) and hand-crafted [Venetian terrazzo flooring](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cicchetti-piccadilly).
