Designed by Ajay Sonar, the '[Panorama House](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gourmia-panorama-digital-air-fryer)' is located in Maharashtra, India and is a visual spectacle in every way -- from being an impressive design to providing an immense view, the house features a beautiful and efficient design. The house sits over a view that resides right beside the Sahyadri mountain range. This architect used inspiration from the surrounding environment to create a more fulfilling living experience. The design also uses mid-century architect Mies van der Rohe's designs as inspiration to create this house -- fusing the interior and exterior aspects, the visual aspects are blended into one experience. The panoramic minimalist house uses simple designs with a large view platform design and unconventional proportions to create a brilliant form with concrete textures that blend in with the surrounding environment. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 6.9/10 - Popularity: 99% | Activity: 99% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Architecture](https://www.trendhunter.com/architecture) ## Key Themes ### What Makes This Trend Stand Out - **Panoramic Minimalist Houses:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Creating houses with minimalist designs that maximize the use of space and provide breathtaking views. - **Efficient and Fulfilling Living Experience:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Designing homes that are inspired by the surrounding environment, fusing interior and exterior aspects for a more fulfilling living experience. - **Blending Visual and Structural Aspects:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Incorporating unconventional proportions and blending visual and structural aspects to create brilliant forms that seamlessly integrate with the surroundings. ### Sectors Adopting This - **Architecture and Design:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Innovating in the field of architecture and design to create minimalist houses that offer panoramic views and efficient living experiences. - **Real Estate:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Developing and marketing properties that prioritize a fulfilling living experience through panoramic minimalist designs. - **Construction:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Incorporating unconventional structural designs and concrete textures into construction projects to create visually striking and environmentally harmonious buildings. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Cliffside Minimalist Retreats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aip-azia-villa.md) - [Minimal Japanese Home Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-in-kyobate.md) - [Hillside Concrete Retreats](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/concrete-house-1.md) - [Lofty Minimalist Living Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/minimalist-living-space1.md) - [Snow Mountain Minimal Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/snowfall-house.md) - [Nature-Connecting Vacation Homes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/house-by-the-lake.md) - [Nature-Inspired Minimal Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/zen-house-1.md) - [Cantilevered Mountain Residences](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brutal-honesty.md) - [Serene Heartwarming Villa Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/villa-minimale.md)
