Made from a deliciously decadent maple pecan batter, these cupcakes are heavenly and sugary. The cupcakes are then topped with a pecan butter cream and a delicate, miniature stack of traditional pancake recipe flapjacks and 100% pure maple syrup. The trick is to make the pancakes small enough, so that they can fit on top of the cupcake in a stack of three or four.
