In order to make these overnight waffles, you must acquire active-dry yeast, melted butter, whole or 2% milk, salt, sugar and all-purpose flour, all of which is included in the mix that is prepared the evening before. When left overnight, the batter will rise significantly, about two to three times its original size. The morning of, you will need two large eggs and baking soda. The recipe makes eight to 16 waffle squares depending on the size and type of your waffle machine.
