The ICC is merging couture and cuisine in a very exclusive way. “Our scale is so much smaller than that of a gown designer and matching the colors was very difficult,” said Jansen Chan, director of [Pastry Arts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/walls-pastry-vegan-range). “There was a lot of trial and error and we all worked together to figure out what techniques would best represent he actual dresses.” Chan spearheaded the re-creation of the Oscar Dress Cookies.
