The flexible tool features a flat surface that's an ideal size for chopping a variety of foods, without taking up too much space. Once the food items are chopped, users can simply move the ingredients over to the attached colander surface, which folds to offer the user a perfect vessel for washing and draining. Safely held in a triangular enclosure, this tool can be held with one hand, ensuring the ingredients won't slip into the sink.
