Since it is meant for the fruit of nature, why not make take on the image of nature in a simple yet aesthetically-pleasing way. In this case, Sabra is an organic fruit bowl that is inspired by the [bare branches of trees](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/matter-collection). Since it is made out of white powder-coated metal, people might even think of snow-covered trees when looking at it. Perfect as a [housewarming gift](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/basket-sculptures), especially during the holiday season, the organic fruit bowl was designed by Basta. A unique way to display fresh fruit in the home or office, the open and airy design will ensure that they are able to breath properly until eaten. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.4/10 - Popularity: 25% | Activity: 9% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 30% men, 70% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Nature-inspired Decor:** Designing home decor items such as fruit bowls inspired by natural elements can appeal to consumers seeking a connection with nature in their homes. - **Powder-coated Metal Home Accessories:** Using powder-coating to create sleek and modern designs for home accessories like fruit bowls can provide an alternative to traditional materials like wood or ceramic. - **Open Design Functional Home Accents:** Creating functional home accents with open and airy designs can provide practicality while still maintaining chic and modern aesthetics. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Home Decor:** Designing and manufacturing modern, nature-inspired decor items like Sabra's fruit bowl can attract consumers looking to bring the outdoors inside. - **Home Accessories:** Manufacturing sleek and modern home accessories made of powder-coated metal can disrupt the traditional market for decor items made of wood or ceramic. - **Kitchenware:** Designing functional kitchenware like Sabra's fruit bowl with open designs can provide practicality while also appealing to consumers searching for chic and modern designs for their homes. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Mushroom-Based Fruit Bowls](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mycoworks-fruit-bowl.md) - [Dynamic Colored Glass Bowls](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tip-top-glass.md) - [Fruit-Inspired Furniture Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/fruitinspired-furniture-collection.md) - [Fruit-Inspired Design Collections](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/soft-grounds.md) - [Mushroom Leather Fruit Bowls](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/a-fruit-bowl-by-heron-preston.md) - [Delicate Basket Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/basket-sculpture.md) - [Imperfect Pasta Bowl Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pasta-bowl.md) - [Sculptor-Inspired Sleek Bowl Capsules](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/shou-sugi-ban-collection.md) - [Tropical Fruit-Only Dessert Cups](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dole-fruit-bowls.md)
