It has a smooth mechanism that allows it to expand when inviting more guests to dinner. The Orbital table effortlessly creates more surface space as the extensions are also made from [clear tempered glass](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sklo) and have an automatic feature that moves the extensions from under the table in a [smooth and circular motion](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/interactive-transformation-table). Notably, the mechanism is visually aesthetic as it has a metallic body and arm that is seen through the clear table top, functioning equally as an art piece. All of this is supported by a rigid polyurethan column that has a large opening in the middle.
