Note avoid purchasing this if you have small children, pets or the occasional drunk in your house. They claim it's safe because its made from reconstituted limestone aggregate and it uses an [alcohol-based gel as its burning fuel](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/le-feu-fires), which prevents your home from being covered in [soot or going up in flames](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ninja-fireside360). Prices start around £900. **Implications** - No matter what your table preference, it's hard not to be allured to this flame-throwing design. Be careful to use with caution because this table is smoking hot! ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 2.3/10 - Popularity: 55% | Activity: 5% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Flame-throwing Tables:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Explore the market for flame-throwing furniture by creating safer and more stylish designs. - **Safe Home Decor:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop innovative materials and fuel sources to create safe and visually appealing home decor items. - **Flameless Fire Features:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Invent flameless fire features that emulate the aesthetics of open flame tables without the associated risks. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Furniture Manufacturing:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Incorporate unique fire-based elements into furniture designs to create innovative and captivating pieces. - **Home Decor:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Explore the intersection of fire-based elements and home decor to create visually stunning yet safe products. - **Fire Safety:** Disruptive innovation opportunity: Develop advanced fire safety technologies and materials to prevent accidents and enhance overall home safety. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Mixed-Material Tabletop Fireplaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brasscene-harmony-flame-fireplace.md) - [Minimal Sculptural Fire Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/prometheo-uno.md) - [Smokeless Accent Fire Pits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cuisinart-tabletop-fire-pit.md) - [Dual-Fuel Tabletop Fire Pits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/solo-stove-mesa-xl.md) - [Cooking-Friendly Outdoor Fireplaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/regg-surprise.md) - [Portable Folding Barbecue Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/gather-table.md) - [Convenient Personal Fireplaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/personal-fireplace1.md) - [Outdoor Tabletop Fire Pits](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/solo-stove.md) - [Communal Fireplace Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hearth-coffee-table.md)
