Specialty food manufacturer [Inventure Foods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cereal-cups) has teamed up with Vidalia Brands to create the Boulder Canyon Sweet Vidalia Onion Kettle Chip, a [kettle-cooked chip](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/keyas-snacks) that's flavored with sweet onion puree from authentic Vidalia onions. The chips will be minimally-processed, made with authentic ingredients that are cooked in healthier oils, such as sunflower and saffron, ensuring that the chips remain free of trans-fat.

Beyond being free of artificial flavoring or ingredients, the Sweet Vidalia Onion Kettle Chips are gluten-free, cholesterol-free and certified kKosher. Each serving amounts to only 140 calories, meaning that snackers can indulge in the delicious onion flavor without feeling guilty.
