Manon Delafoy has been tapped to transform what was once a Thai restaurant into the OLYSSE cafe. The designer is known for bringing attention to [clean lines and natural tones](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/12-matcha-caf), which reflect the tranquil escape from the business of Paris. Delafoy explains, “I wanted to create a peaceful, quiet place in the city that was the opposite of a crowded, basic café."

The studio renovated the space located in the 8th arrondissement. It has a [compact area](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/loong-noodles) and is decorated with an angle that features plenty of softness and subtle dynamics. She emphasized all levels of curves in order to bring fluidity to the entire interior space.
