The mug works by having your choice of tea leaves placed inside the infuser before attaching it onto the [magnetic lid](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/laybird-coffee-magattach) and positioning it below the hot water line. This will start the [brewing process](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/brew-tea-starter-kit), while tea drinkers only need to slide the infuser up and out of the way to stop it for the exact level of strength desired. The 'OhTeavor' tea infuser has a no-mess design that will prevent drips during removal and will even allow tea drinkers to brew a second cup using the same leaves, depending on the strength desired. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.2/10 - Popularity: 78% | Activity: 38% | Freshness: 11% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Kitchen](https://www.trendhunter.com/kitchen) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Magnetic Brewing Devices:** The trend of magnetic brewing devices utilizing unique design elements will continue to disrupt the tea brewing market. - **Customized Brewing Experience:** Consumers are seeking out more innovative ways to customize their brewing experiences, presenting opportunities for companies to develop new products that cater to this demand. - **No-mess Design:** Incorporating a no-mess design in brewing devices can provide a unique selling point and stand out in a crowded market. ### Who This Affects Most - **Tea Brewing:** The tea brewing industry can incorporate magnetic devices to provide a more streamlined and customized experience for consumers. - **Kitchenware:** The kitchenware industry can benefit from designing innovative and user-friendly devices like the 'OhTeavor' tea infuser. - **Consumer Goods:** The consumer goods industry can explore the trend of customizable products, like the 'OhTeavor' tea infuser, to cater to consumer preferences and stand out in a competitive market. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Effortless Tea Brewing Cups](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cuptone-teacup.md) - [Next-Gen Tea Brewers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/airomini.md) - [Smart Tea Infusers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-tea-infuser.md) - [Intelligent Automated Tea Brewers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/morphy-richards-tea-maker.md) - [Relaxing Countertop Tea Brewers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/smart-tea-maker.md) - [Luxe Tea-Brewing Appliances](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/affinitea-brewing-system.md) - [Luxury Full-Leaf Tea Brewers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/affinitea.md) - [All-in-One Travel Tea Presses](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/eclipse-travel-press.md) - [Digital Tea Brewing Bottles](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bota-bottle.md)
