A Spanish architecture firm called Selgas Cano had developed this office by including sunken floors where employees have a unique, eye-level view of the forest floor, allowing them to spot various wildlife and leaves falling from the trees above them. These features enhance the quality of learning and enlightening visuals for motivational purposes. For those who wish to do work within an outdoor office location, this forest offers a nature experience as bonus for an efficient working environment. Now you can have an office space in the middle of a beautiful forest that has a great scenery and enclosure. The glass windows make quite a view for those who want to escape the building. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.5/10 - Popularity: 71% | Activity: 56% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Nature-integrated Office Spaces:** Designing office spaces within natural landscapes to offer a unique working environment and improve employee productivity and motivation. - **Sunken Floor Designs:** Incorporating sunken floors to offer a distinctive view of the surrounding environment and enhance the quality of learning and work experience. - **Outdoor Workspaces:** Providing outdoor workspaces for those who seek to work in open-air environments and experience nature for increased productivity and creativity. ### Who This Affects Most - **Architecture:** Opportunities for architects and designers to create innovative office spaces within natural landscapes and explore alternative design features such as sunken floors. - **Real Estate:** Real estate professionals can offer unique office spaces within natural landscapes as a selling point to attract eco-conscious businesses. - **Tourism:** Opportunities for tourism and hospitality industry to cater to workers who seek to work in serene outdoor environments by collaborating with companies to create forest office spaces. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Urban Natural Expansive Buildings](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/office-national-des-forts.md) - [Biophilic Workplace Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mangrove-garden.md) - [Plant-Centric Dynamic Office Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/garden-of-edyn.md) - [Nature Integrated Offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bochum-office.md) - [Illuminated Cave-Like Offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/javier-senosiain-arquitectos.md) - [Tranquil Plant-Filled Offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/wyer-co.md) - [Nature-Connecting Office Spaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/here-now.md) - [Self-Designed Tranquil Workspaces](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/studio-saransh.md) - [Valley-Inspired Offices](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kitaoka-group-office.md)
