Designed in [bright colors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/focus-spaces), the three-walled structure will combat the sense of isolation and depression that a small office space can create. Perfect for open-plan offices and other shared spaces, these sectionals allow people to work side-by-side without interfering with each other, improving overall productivity. They also promote privacy and preserve the need for the [personal space of employees](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/calm-collection) in a crowded office environment. Because of their portable nature, the Buzzitemp office cubicles can be arranged into almost any pattern and are therefore suitable for practically any workspace or room layout. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.3/10 - Popularity: 72% | Activity: 48% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Private Portable Workspaces:** Temporary portable office cubicles that are easy to arrange and promote concentration and focus can improve productivity in open-plan offices. - **Personal Space Preservation in Crowded Offices:** Office furniture that protects employees' need for personal space and privacy in shared workspaces can foster a more positive work environment. - **Modular Office Furniture Solutions:** Flexible and adaptable office furniture that can be easily reconfigured to fit the layout of any workspace can provide a cost-effective solution to the evolving needs of businesses. ### Where This Applies - **Office Furniture Manufacturing:** Manufacturers of office furniture can develop innovative products that maximize productivity by enhancing employee focus and concentration. - **Co-working Spaces:** Co-working spaces can benefit from modular office furniture solutions that offer privacy to their members without interfering with their need to work in an open-shared space. - **Commercial Real Estate:** Property managers can attract prospective tenants by offering flexible office layouts that promote productivity and preserve employees' privacy and personal space. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Quirky Solo Office Pods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/work-capsules.md) - [Soft-Sided Cocoon Desks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/buddyhub-desk.md) - [Personal Cubicle Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ma-camilla-isabel-reyes.md) - [Calming Workspace Productivity Pods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kabin-privacy-pod.md) - [Modular Work Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/mespace-workstation.md) - [People-Pleasing Office Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cubicle-system.md) - [Privacy Workspace Pods](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/kabin.md) - [Contemporary Office Privacy Booths](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/plenum-cabin-by-jaime-hayon-for-fritz-hansen.md) - [Sound-Absorbing Cozy Desks](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/buddyhub.md)
