Semi-recently the Internet has gone crazy for anything bacon. It just can't get enough of the sizzling little strips of ham. If you also have followed the obsession, then make your tree more tasty with these bacon accessories. These odd Christmas ornaments look as funny as they do yummy. Made by OlechkaDesign on [Etsy](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arcade-clock), they are created with a high-quality polymer clay. After being molded into a wavy strip shape, they are painted with red and white lines to look just like the meaty treat. To add to the adorableness and humor, little googly eyes are glued onto the front of the bacon strips and playful expressive faces are then painted on. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 4.0/10 - Popularity: 34% | Activity: 78% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: North America, Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Home](https://www.trendhunter.com/home) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Bacon-themed Products:** Opportunity for businesses to create a wide range of bacon-inspired products beyond just food. - **Novelty Christmas Ornaments:** Innovation in creating unique and quirky Christmas ornaments to cater to different interests and preferences. - **Food-inspired Holiday Decor:** Market demand for unconventional and food-themed decorations for festive occasions. ### Who This Affects Most - **Gift and Novelty:** Disruptive innovation potential in offering unique and unconventional gift items like bacon-themed Christmas ornaments. - **Craft and Art Supplies:** Opportunity for companies in the craft and art industry to create specialized materials for making novelty Christmas ornaments. - **Food and Beverage:** Innovation opportunity for food-related businesses to expand into product lines that cater to the holiday decoration market. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Branded Christmas Ornaments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/spicy-chicken-sandwich-ornament.md) - [Novelty Supermarket Ornaments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/aldis-novelty-baubles.md) - [Bacon-Scented Wrapping Papers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/black-label-bacon-wrapping-paper.md) - [Breakfast-Themed Gummy Candies](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bacon-eggs-shaped-sweet-gummy-candies.md) - [Holiday Ham-Flavored Candy Canes](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hamdy-canes.md) - [Personalized Pet-Inspired Ornaments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/petinspired-ornament.md) - [3D-Printed Appliance Ornaments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/limited-edition-christmas-baubles.md) - [Prepackaged Goods Christmas Ornaments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/general-mills-christmas-ornaments.md) - [Expansive Bacon-Themed Menus](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/baconfest-lineup.md)
