The bundle includes Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffle Bites, Crunchy Caramel Chocolate Peanuts and Chocolate Buttons, all of which are bite-sized and ready to be taken on the go. These packs are home-recyclable and they highlight the fact that H!P’s carbon footprint is over 50% lower than chocolate made with cow’s milk. James Cadbury, H!P founder and the great-great-great grandson of the original Mr John Cadbury, said "Our success is testament to the enduring popularity of oat milk, which we believe not only tastes as good as traditional dairy milk, but is also far more sustainable to produce." The vegan-friendly snacks feature 41% single-origin, ethically sourced Columbian cocoa. Increasingly vegan "milk" chocolate products are becoming popular for providing all the creaminess of classic milk chocolate without the dairy and without the bitterness of vegan-friendly dark chocolate. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 3.2/10 - Popularity: 31% | Activity: 51% | Freshness: 14% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Millennial - Top markets: North America ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Lifestyle](https://www.trendhunter.com/lifestyle) > [Food](https://www.trendhunter.com/food) ## Key Themes ### Key Themes Behind This Trend - **Vegan Milk Chocolate:** The rise of vegan 'milk' chocolate provides opportunity for companies like H!P to differentiate themselves in the market with sustainable, ethical sourcing and packaging. - **Ethical Snacking:** Sustainable sourcing and packaging of snack foods, like H!P's oat milk chocolate pouches, provides opportunity for companies to appeal to environmentally conscious consumers. - **On-the-go Snacking:** Bite-sized and ready-to-go snack options, such as H!P's oat milk chocolate pouches, have potential to disrupt traditional snack markets by offering convenience and sustainability in one package. ### Where This Applies - **Chocolate Manufacturing:** Companies in the chocolate manufacturing industry can explore the potential of oat milk chocolate and sustainable packaging to appeal to environmentally conscious consumers. - **Vegan Food Products:** The rise of vegan 'milk' chocolate highlights an opportunity for companies in the broader vegan food products industry to innovate and expand their offerings. - **Convenience Snack Foods:** The convenient, on-the-go packaging of H!P's oat milk chocolate pouches could disrupt the traditional convenience snack food industry by appealing to consumers who prioritize sustainability and convenience. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Oat Milk White Chocolates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/berry-crunch-white-chocolate-bar.md) - [Plant-Based Easter Chocolate Ranges](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/hp-easter-eggs.md) - [Crunchy Oat Milk Chocolates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/crunchy-orange-oat-milk-chocolate.md) - [Festive Plant-Based Chocolate Bars](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/happi-free-from-oat-milk-chocolates.md) - [Decadent Oat Milk Chocolates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oat-milk-chocolate-bar.md) - [Textural Oat Milk Chocolates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/7th-heaven-chocolates.md) - [Vegan Convenience Store Chocolates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ombar-oat-mlk-bars.md) - [Festive Flexitarian Chocolate Products](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/oat-mlk-chocolate-range.md) - [Delectably Dairy-Free Chocolates](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dairyfree-oat-milk-chocolates.md)
