I'm in awe of the O-14 Tower. Although I've seen some very impressive architecture designs before, they were usually just concepts that may or may not be followed through with. But this [skyscraper](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/muraba-veil-skyscraper) did not only see the light of day, it's completely done and awaiting an audience.

Designed by Reiser + Umemoto, the O-14 Tower is located in in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that such a [stunning building](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/astra-skyscraper) has taken up residence in the land that knows no excess.

With its unique, [perforated exoskeleton](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/porous-adobe), the O-14 Tower boasts an unburdened core that enables efficient, column-free open spaces throughout the building. This 22-story commercial building will be home to offices since it is located in Dubai's Business Bay section.
