Auba Studios got to work with the NZ10 apartment building that is located in Palma, Spain. It boasts an [industrial design language](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/glassbrick-apartment) as it previously functioned as a [former bakery](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/acid-bakery) back in the 80s. The bakery is located on the ground floor and has now been stripped back by the studio to showcase the [high ceilings and unique structure](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/omarama-attic) of the space.

Now, it is defined by a half-height room divider constructed from wood and is detailed with shelving, followed by a living area, dining space, and kitchen on one side. On the other side if a bedroom and bathroom, leaving enough space in between to allow for light to flow from the joined patios.
