The piece offers a smooth upper surface and an open lower shelf, encouraging you to keep your books and office supplies neat and organized to better suit its serene and sinuous shape. Emrah Cetinkaya developed this set of furnishings, composed of a larger escritoire type and a [smaller side table](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tong-side-table). They both seem to have been formed from a continuous ribbon of material, curving, folding, broadening and narrowing to assume an unusual abstract beauty. The mod Nuvska Table comes in a verity of [bold colors](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/runda). ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.1/10 - Popularity: 26% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial - Top markets: Europe ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Art & Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/artdesign) > [Design](https://www.trendhunter.com/design) ## Key Themes ### Why This Trend Is Growing - **Fluid Sculptural Furnishings:** Designing office furniture with fluid, curvilinear shapes presents an opportunity for businesses to provide visually appealing workspaces that inspire creativity and productivity. - **Multi-functional Workspaces:** Creating office furnishings with multiple uses, such as the Nuvska Table's open lower shelf, encourages organization and fosters efficiency in the workplace. - **Bold Colored Furniture:** Offering office furniture in varied and bold colors provides a unique opportunity for businesses to differentiate themselves in the market and appeal to design-conscious consumers. ### Industries Being Reshaped - **Furniture Design:** Furniture designers have an opportunity to create sculptural, multi-functional pieces like the Nuvska Table that cater to today's design-conscious consumers. - **Office Supplies & Stationery:** Companies selling office supplies and stationery can leverage the trend of fluid office furnishings by marketing their products as organizers for these unique pieces. - **Interior Design & Architecture:** Interior designers and architects can leverage fluid sculptural furnishings and bold colored furniture to create visually appealing workspaces that inspire creativity and productivity for clients. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Colorful Contemporary Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/runda-tables.md) - [Harmonious Helical Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/vortex-coffee-table.md) - [Minimalist Monochromatic Desk Designs](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/arqus-desk.md) - [Metal Sheet Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/twist-side-table.md) - [Aquatic Creature-Inspired Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nessie-side-table.md) - [Curved Desk Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flow-set.md) - [Organic Abstract Furniture Series](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/flow-family.md) - [Fluid Topographic Coffee Tables](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/dune-table.md) - [Multilevel Minimalist Office Furniture](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/the-office-table.md)
