The Numero Tokyo July/August 2014 editorial featuring model Devon Windsor offers an intriguing mixture between prim school girl styles and 90s-inspired grunge. Stylist Heathermary Jackson pulled off the merger via images taken by photographer Benjamin Lennox.
In each snapshot, Lennox took in the pairings of large chunky boots and leather biker jackets with pleated skirts, white button-up oxford shirts and navy sweaters. In a traditional sense, these items clash with one another. Yet, they have been rendered fashionable and approachable in this production.
Hair expert Dennis Lanni added yet another dimension to this Numero Tokyo production. A chunky fringe paired with flowing blonde tresses made Windsor stand out all the more, if not for the ensembles, than for Lanni's coiffure.
