Perhaps the greatest strength of the Nu-Screen HD is its highly portable design. Nu-Screen's chapstick-like design lets you take it with you and apply it virtually anywhere. The makers claim that each stick contains over 100 polishes, which, if true, would be a steal of a deal. The polish is said to be compatible with almost all major smartphone manufacturer phones, including those from Apple, [Samsung](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nexpad), Droid and [BlackBerry](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/q27). If you're a smartphone owner who hates having to hide your beautiful [iPhone](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/origarmor) or Droid behind a case, then you should definitely check out Nu-Screen HD. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 1.1/10 - Popularity: 7% | Activity: 19% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 50% men, 50% women - Primary generations: Gen Z, Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, South America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Gadgets](https://www.trendhunter.com/gadgets) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Portable Screen Polishers:** The development of more portable screen polishers such as electronic chapsticks is a disruptive innovation opportunity especially for those who frequently travel. - **Long-lasting Screen Polishers:** The creation of screen polishers that contain over 100 polishes in one stick presents a disruptive innovation opportunity for the smartphone accessories industry by offering a cost-effective solution to screen protectors. - **Smartphone Screen Enhancements:** The invention of screen polishers that create a richer, more intense screen display is a disruptive innovation opportunity for the smartphone industry, as it can improve customer satisfaction and increase retention rates. ### Who This Affects Most - **Smartphone Accessories:** The development of electronic chapsticks that clean and polish smartphone screens presents a disruptive innovation opportunity for the smartphone accessories industry, particularly for small items that can protect smartphones from scratches and improve screen clarity. - **Beauty:** With its chapstick-like design, Nu-Screen HD has opened up a new market for crossover products between the beauty and electronics industries, presenting a disruptive innovation opportunity for companies that can combine convenience and functionality. - **Consumer Electronics:** The development of screen polishers that offer a long-lasting, cost-effective solution for screen protection presents a disruptive innovation opportunity for the consumer electronics industry to address customer demand for high-quality screen displays. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Technology Cleaning Badges](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/screen-cleaning-tool.md) - [Pressed Powder Phone Grips](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/pressed-powder-phone-grip.md) - [Highly Effective Phone Cleaners](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/cleanstation.md) - [Color-Shifting Smart Press-Ons](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/ipolish.md) - [Setting Powder Phone Grips](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/revolution-powder-pops-silicone-case-pop-grip.md) - [Anti-Reflective Screen Guards](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/origarmor.md) - [Portable Tinted Sunscreens](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/tinted-sunscreen.md) - [Screen-Equipped Smartphone Chargers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/anker-nano-charger.md) - [Snap-On Phone Attachments](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/lip-balm-holder.md)
