# Drum Set Sound Systems The Note Sound Sistem is Compact with a Musical Shape By Vittoria Natarelli | Published 2010-08-22 | Tech Source: Trend Hunter, https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/note-sound-sistem References: [thedesignblog.org](http://www.thedesignblog.org/entry/note-sound-sistem-brings-music-notes-into-your-room/) The Note Sound Sistem resembles music in a textural form. Created by Yugoslavian designer Milos Markovic, the design features a speaker cabinet and pedestal. The sound system includes a high intensity 45W woofer and 15W satellites to produce surround sound. The Note Sound Sistem looks more like a cool piece of art. Luckily, with its wonderful design and great technology, this piece will provide music to your ears and eyes. **Implications** - I still can't get over how amazing these speakers look. They remind me of two tom tom drums placed side by side, only they're vertically upright and blasting away my favorite music on repeat. ## Trend Insights (Trend Hunter) - Score: 0.7/10 - Popularity: 7% | Activity: 6% | Freshness: 8% - Audience gender: 70% men, 30% women - Primary generations: Millennial, Gen X - Top markets: North America, Europe, Asia ## Categories [Trend Hunter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends) > [Tech](https://www.trendhunter.com/tech) > [Gadgets](https://www.trendhunter.com/gadgets) ## Key Themes ### What's Driving This Trend - **Art-inspired Sound Systems:** Embracing artistic designs in sound systems creates an immersive audio experience. - **Compact Speaker Cabinets:** Designing smaller speaker cabinets enables portable and space-saving audio solutions. - **Surround Sound Technology:** Advancements in delivering surround sound enhance audio immersion for consumers. ### Who This Affects Most - **Audio Technology:** Audio technology companies can explore incorporating artistic designs and compact form factors into their sound systems portfolio. - **Home Decor:** Home decor companies have an opportunity to offer functional sound systems that double as aesthetic pieces in interior design. - **Music Entertainment:** Music entertainment providers can leverage surround sound technology to create immersive experiences for their audiences. ## Related on Trend Hunter - [Sleek Cubic Sound Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/bredaquaranta-totem-by-mario-bellini-for-brionvega.md) - [Tubular Note-Shaped Speakers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/premium-audio-device.md) - [Stylish Low-Tech Sound Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/frame-sound.md) - [Textured Acoustic Speakers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/rhapsody.md) - [Dynamic Home Audio Speakers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sounds-speaker.md) - [Fashionable Portable Speakers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/portable-speaker-concept.md) - [Modular Speaker Sculptures](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/grid-modular-sound.md) - [Sculptural Sound Systems](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/acoustic-sculpture-speaker.md) - [Sculptural Speaker Concepts](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sonique.md)
