Original brick walls and timber floors are preserved to maintain character, while custom joinery, tailored furniture, and refined material details create a calm, tactile environment. The design references the area’s silk-weaving history through subtle textures, muted tones, and handcrafted elements that bring depth without excess. Every surface and proportion reflects a sensitivity to context and time. Flexible layouts promote comfort and collaboration, combining lounge areas, meeting pods, and open workstations within a cohesive flow. Natural light, layered materials, and carefully placed artworks emphasize longevity and adaptability over trend.
