The kit is set to go on sale on December 21st, 2023, a time that aligns with the sun reaching the peak of its 11-year cycle—meaning more solar activity and more auroras. Although not everyone has access to see the stunning natural light display in person, the Icelandic Provisions Northern Lights Skyr Kit invites people to create their own version with unique flavors and colors.
