For one weekend, [Nordstrom](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nike-running-the-corner) and [Nook Ballston Quarter](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/nook-vibrant-kitchen) joined forces to host a fun pop-up event for parents and their young children, with a range of supplies and apparel featured from a selection of kid-focused brands.

Just in time for [back-to-school season](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/backtoschool-shopping), the pop-up saw offerings from brands such as Plae, Skip Hop, Tucker & Tate, Mini Boden, Native Shoes, and crewcuts by J.Crew. The pop-up was specifically geared towards children between the ages of 2 and 6, making it easier than ever for parents to browse the selection, and find alternative sizes if their child happened to grow a few inches over the summer.

By featuring a carefully curated roster of brands, and limiting its sizing to suit young children, Nordstrom and Nook created an effective pop-up that took some of the shopping stress off of parents.
