The Nomad Spring/Summer 2014 collection was born of a [collaboration between designers](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/on-and-sky-high-farm-goods) based in both Portugal and Sweden. Titled Road to Dambulla, this line is as much practical as it is fashionable and avant-garde, a product of oversize button up tops and loose tie-up skirts.

To showcase these Nomad pieces, a lookbook featuring a desert-like backdrop was used. Cacti, rocks and thick twigs provided intriguing images, all of which placed [floor-length dresses, dainty bikinis](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/sel-de-mer) and fluffy sweaters on display.

Nomad's preoccupation with nature is as much present in these images as it is in the materials used. The label aims to remain as [eco-friendly](https://www.trendhunter.com/trends/still-doesnt-matter) as is possible by using local products and environmental cuts of fabric.
